Radian 1 Upload Issues
Radian 1 and Radian 2 use the same iOS and Android app. In order to make sure you upload time lapses correctly, the app has to be set so that it is using the correct firmware.
In the settings of the app, you can check if you are on R1, R2, or BLE. For Radian 1, it should be set to R1 or R2. If your Radian rotates clockwise when it is turned on, then it should be set to R1. If your Radian rotates counter clockwise when it is turned on, then it should be set to R2.

In more recent iOS and Android software updates, R1 appears to have less compatibility. We recommend upgrading to R2 for more features and to fix the compatibility issue R1 may have with more modern phones. Check out that process here:
Once that has all been checked, you should be able to uploaded time lapses with your Radian 1 again.
