Shipping and Tracking

 

*General Schedule:

The Alpine Team is generally in the office M-F from 9-5pm MST. Products are shipped from our warehouse during normal business hours M-F. If you place an order after 4pm local time it may not ship until the following business day. If you are having a problem with your order, please contact us below.

 

How long does shipping take?

While we hope everybody's order arrives within 2-3 days of email tracking confirmation, it may take up to 7 days depending on your location. International orders: up to 2 weeks due to customs processing. Please be aware of this before emailing us for further tracking as we have the same amount of tracking information and (unfortunately) cannot speed up shipments.

Domestic Shipping Time (U.S Shipping): Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
International Shipping time: Estimated delivery time is 5-6 business days.*

Note: Due to the current COVID-19 situation some shipments are taking longer than the normal time specified above. This is especially true for International shipments which are getting delayed at transfers and at local postal services.

 

Kickstarter Orders

At this point nearly all Kickstarter orders have been shipped. If you submitted your KS Survey late, ordered multiple Pulses, or had an address verification issue in our system, please contact us via email. If you have not yet received an email for your pledge but believe it should have shipped already, shoot us an email below and we'll check for you. International orders may take longer to process due to customs logistics.*

 

Where is my package?

You should have received a tracking number in the email we sent when your order shipped. If you cannot find this email, or there appears to be an issue with your tracking, please contact us. Please be aware the quickest way to check your order is to get in contact with the shipping carrier.

 
*International Customs/VAT/Duties Tax Information
For International Orders, the full value of the package will be declared and is subject to your country's VAT and customs fees. We work with our shipping partners to make this process as smooth as possible, but please be aware that you will be required to pay these fees in order to receive your order and we will not refund the cost of shipping if you refuse the package and return the order to us.
