Connection Issues: Phone Can't Connect to Pulse

 

 

If you're having trouble connecting to Pulse and have tried the other quick fixes, these steps will help you connect to Pulse.

Go into your phone's Bluetooth settings and "Forget" Pulse.

If you're having trouble with changing your camera settings, toggle the Pulse connection in 'Devices' and reconnect. If this does not work, try turning your camera on/off again.

If you've used Pulse with multiple phones or tablets, Pulse will automatically connect to the initially paired device. Turn Bluetooth off in the phones and tablets that you do not want to use Pulse with.

If the above steps don’t work, delete your app and reinstall it.
